Extended due date for filing LLP Form 8 for the FY 2020-2021 is 30th December, 2021
MCA issued General Circular No.16/2021 dated 26th October 2021. Vide this circular MCA has extended due date for filing LLP form- 8 for the FY 2020-2021. Every LLP is required to file Form-8 on or before 30th October, however considering Covid-19 pandemic MCA has extended last date to file form 08 till 30th December 2021. LLP form- 8 is a Statement of Account and Solvency, wherein financial details of the LLPs are submitted to MCA.
