State-wise due date for GSTR-3B
GSTR-3B Filing Deadlines (Effective April 2020)
1. Taxpayers with Annual Turnover Above Rs 5 Crore :
- Due Date: 20th of the next month
- Applicable to: All states and union territories
Taxpayers with an annual turnover exceeding Rs 5 crore in the previous financial year must file their GSTR-3B returns by the 20th of the following month, as was the norm prior to this change.
2. Taxpayers with Annual Turnover Below Rs 5 Crore
- The due date varies based on the state or union territory where the taxpayer is registered.
- States are split into two filing deadlines: 22nd & 24th of the Next Month see below.
